As the Director of Innovation & Technology at VITAL WorkLife, she spearheads the organization’s technology strategy, user journey innovation, and solution design. Grace is dedicated to translating complex operational challenges into forward-thinking, human-centered digital approaches that strengthen the bond between organizations and their workforce.
With a career rooted in direct patient care and shaped by over a decade of healthcare transformation work, Grace brings a grounded, "human-first" perspective to informatics. Before joining VITAL WorkLife, she held strategic leadership roles across nationally recognized health systems, where she led performance excellence, advanced analytics, and large-scale operational initiatives. Her background as a registered nurse ensures that every technological solution she designs remains focused on the clinician and employee experience and the delivery of meaningful well-being support.
Grace holds an impressive academic foundation, including a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Health Innovations and Leadership from the University of Minnesota School of Nursing. She also earned a Master of Science in Health Informatics from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University. Through her unique blend of clinical insight and data-driven strategy, Grace continues to be a passionate advocate for innovation that drives measurable changes in healthcare workforce stability.
