President & Chief Operating Officer
As President & Chief Operating Officer, Aric is responsible for executing the company’s vision by aligning leadership, operations, and culture with its strategic goals. Aric provides guidance to the leadership team in advancing the organization’s mission while ensuring its core values remain central to innovation, growth, and performance. He works closely with the CEO to drive clarity and momentum across key initiatives, delivering operational excellence and an exceptional experience for its clients, members, and employees. He joined the company in 2025 and brings decades of experience leading high-growth companies, scaling operations, and driving transformational outcomes in dynamic markets.
Aric earned his B.A. from the University of St. Thomas and serves on several boards. He is a mentor for Minnesota Emerging Software Advisory (MESA) and Executive Springboard, and a volunteer advisor to the Minnesota State University Customer Experience Program. Aric lives in the Twin Cities with his two sons and three dogs.
