Lacey leads the Clinical, Network & Well-Being Support teams at VITALWorkLife. She is a Registered Nurse with 10 years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry. Her experience—from bedside care and education to program management and various leadership roles, particularly in behavioral health—has shaped Lacey’s expertise in service excellence, project coordination, operations, quality assurance, change leadership, and caregiver support.
She received her Master’s in Generalist Nursing from DePaul University Chicago and her Doctorate in Nursing Practice, with an emphasis in Healthcare Systems Leadership, from Loyola University of Chicago. Lacey holds certificates in Healthcare Quality & Safety and Lean Six Sigma, and is certified as an Advanced Holistic Nurse, HeartMath® Certified Trainer, and Caritas Coach® serving as a Faculty Mentor with the Dr. Jean Watson Caring Science Institute.
Lacey lives in the Detroit metro area with her husband and children and enjoys being outdoors, baking, reading historical fiction, and practicing photography.
