Dr. Gaurava Agarwal (Chicago, IL) is an American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology Certified Medical Doctor and has been a Peer Coach with VITAL WorkLife since 2020. Dr. Agarwal earned his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine and completed his residency in psychiatry at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University.

Additionally, Dr. Agarwal has an Organizational and Leadership Coaching Certificate from Northwestern School of Education and Social Policy in Evanston, Illinois.

Dr. Agarwal currently serves as an Assistant Professor in both the Departments of Medical Education, and Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Northwestern’s Feinberg School of Medicine. He is the Director of Physician Well-Being for Northwestern Medical Group and Director of Medical Student Education in Psychiatry at Northwestern’s Feinberg School of Medicine. He also serves as the Chief Wellness Executive for Northwestern Medicine.
