Physician Peer Coaching

Physician Peer Coaching offers a collaborative partnership between a qualified physician coach and their physician client, focused on creatively moving forward toward goals and strengthening personal and professional well being. Through Physician Peer Coaching physicians have the opportunity to talk with someone who understands and has personal experience with the unique challenges of the medical profession.

PeerCoachOur physician peer coaches—most of whom are also certified professional coaches—come from a variety of specialty areas and share a common passion for assisting their colleagues in strengthening their work and life satisfaction.

Physician Peer Coaching is included as one of the proactive services in Physician Well Being Resources, a unique and comprehensive well being program designed specifically for physicians, and is also available as a separate solution.
