Jim is a National Sales Manager at VITAL WorkLife and has been at the company since 2009. He holds a MA in counseling psychology from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Jim has combined experience of over 40 years in account management, delivering clinical services and has leadership experience running inpatient and outpatient behavioral health and substance abuse programs. He has a deep knowledge of healthcare, business development and organizational development consulting and training. Jim’s responsibilities include introducing VITAL WorkLife solutions to healthcare organizations across the U.S. in a consultative approach to leverage the best value, return on investment possible and support the Quadruple Aim in healthcare.

Jim lives in northern Illinois with his wife and their cat. He enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren in Illinois and Michigan, woodworking, brewing beer and grilling.
