As the Senior Director of Clinical Practice & Solutions, she bridges the gap between behavioral health expertise and operational strategy, helping healthcare systems and complex organizations translate workforce well-being challenges into practical, scalable solutions.
A Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in North Dakota and Minnesota, Sarah partners closely with leadership teams to design tailored program strategies that drive measurable impact. Her expertise is particularly deep in team facilitation, conflict management, and high-stakes leadership training. By focusing on self-awareness and the transformation of workplace interactions, Sarah empowers teams to move from friction to collaboration, fostering cultures of psychological safety and resilience.
Sarah’s broad systems perspective is informed by a career spanning higher education, large-scale healthcare systems, and the nonprofit sector. She is both a Certified Transformative Mediator and an Organizational Development Certified Professional (ODCP)—disciplines she leverages to support both the technical infrastructure and the relational dynamics of successful client partnerships.
