Leonard leads the Marketing and Communications team at VITAL WorkLife. He joined VITAL WorkLife in 2018 and has over 25 years of increasingly responsible management roles ranging from Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Senior Consultant, to Director of Communications. Leonard received his MBA in International Marketing from the American University in Washington D.C. and his BA in Marketing from Augsburg University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

In addition to serving as a Commissioner on the City of Eden Prairie Parks and Recreation Commission since 2011, Leonard has served as the VP of Membership for the Minnesota International Associate of Business Communicators (IABC) and volunteers regularly for several community and youth organizations. In addition to camping and fishing “up North” he actively supports the local Boy Scout Troop and enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.
