Julie LeBlanc, LCSW, CEAP

Julie LeBlanc is a distinguished leader in workplace mental health and employee well-being with over 25 years of experience in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and corporate wellness industries. As the Director of Client Success at VITAL WorkLife, she provides strategic oversight for a national team of Client Success Managers and leads the implementation of large-scale well-being initiatives that drive both employee health and organizational performance.

Throughout her career, Julie has held senior leadership roles at several prominent national EAP providers. Her expertise includes managing complex well-being programs and leading clinical teams in support of Fortune 100 companies, ensuring that mental health resources are both accessible and effective at scale.

A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), Julie earned her Master of Social Work from Columbia University. In addition to her corporate leadership, she maintains a private psychotherapy practice, providing her with a direct, compassionate perspective on the individual well-being journeys that her organizational programs support.

Currently residing in New York City with her film director spouse and son, Julie balances her professional life with a passion for the arts and community. An active "Karate mom," she can often be found at the dojo when she isn't pursuing her lifelong love of dance—including contemporary, ballet, and lyrical jazz—or enjoying the vibrant live music and Broadway scene of her home city.
