Marcia Newman (Indianapolis, IN) is a Certified Professional Coach and has been a consultant and physician coach with VITAL WorkLife since 2017. She received her Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Leadership Studies degree from Purdue University. She received her certification in coaching, training and consulting through the Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership.

Along with coaching clinicians to improve their well being, Marcia brings over 25 years of professional experience, 3000 hours of coaching and 4 years with Vital WorkLife to her practice. She is strategic in maximizing the performance of medical practitioners and assisting them in setting limits and boundaries on their time and energy.
